Our History

Established in 1906, Phi Delta Kappa (PDK) International has a rich history of advocating for public-supported education and promoting excellence in teaching and learning.

Over the years, PDK has grown into a global network of educators, researchers, and policymakers who are dedicated to advancing education and shaping the future of the profession.

From pioneering research initiatives to impactful advocacy efforts, PDK has played a significant role in driving positive change in education and empowering educators to make a difference in their communities.
